Personal Injury Attorney -Remote * No experience needed
Seeking an attornmey interested in Personal Injury to join a growing personal injury law firm. The Attorney will handle all aspects of a PI claim, must be self-motivated, able to manage own caseload, and work with others within a litigation and pre-litigation team.

Qualifications
Ā Rhode Island Office position - RI or MA Bar
Ā JD: Required
Ā Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
Ā at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law
Responsibilities
Ā Handle litigation case load;
Ā Provide an evaluation of claims, including a proposed litigation strategy;
Ā Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and the depositions;
Ā Research and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memorandums;
Ā Ability to litigate pre-trial motions;
Ā Prepare for and represent clients through mediation and trial, including jury trials;
Ā General file management, including meeting client and court deadlines;
Ā Work with pre-litigation team.
