Personal Development Coach - Remote Contractor

This is a contractor role built for experienced professionals who want meaningful work, genuine flexibility, and income that reflects their effort. You'll work with motivated clients, follow a structured program, and be supported from day one — with leads provided so you can focus on coaching, not prospecting.
Tasks
Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions to clients using Perfect Life Group's established programs and frameworks
Run workshops and online sessions for clients at various stages of their personal development journey
Manage your own client relationships, follow-ups, and progress tracking
Work independently to meet client outcomes and satisfaction targets
Collaborate with the wider Perfect Life Group team for onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Requirements
Background in coaching, people development, sales, leadership, or a related professional field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with clients one-on-one and in groups
Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and workload
Registered or willing to register as a self-employed contractor (sole trader or Ltd company)
No formal coaching certification required — relevant experience and attitude are what matter
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment
