About the position
The Personal Banker at First Fidelity Bank is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional service. ? Open new accounts and assist with teller transactions as needed, ensuring accurate cash handling.

? Balance cash drawer and coin vault within defined accuracy standards.

? Comply with all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
? Minimum of six months of customer service support or cash handling experience in financial services or retail sales.

? High school degree or equivalent required; some college preferred.

? Proficient knowledge of bank products and services.

? Previous teller and sales experience preferred.
