Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Personal Assistant to the CEO & VP of Sales at Kindred Pest Control. This position offers a competitive rate of $15 per hour and requires working 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities
Ā Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Ā Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Ā Handle requests and queries appropriately
Ā Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Ā Make travel arrangements
Ā Take dictation and minutes
Ā Source office supplies
Ā Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Ā Devise and maintain office filing system
Ā Oversee basic office maintenance tasks including cleaning, and other office needs
Requirements and skills
Ā Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Ā Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ā MS Office and English proficiency
Ā Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ā Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ā Discretion and confidentiality
Ā High School degree
Ā PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
