Personal Assistant to Prominent Finance Leader - $250k-$300k base + bonus New York City (WFH with presence at Manhattan residence as needed) Step into the inner circle of one of the most influential — and most discreet — figures in global finance. • A leader in Silicon Valley deal-making, he has orchestrated some of the largest and most transformative transactions of the modern era. • Though enormously successful, he is refreshingly down-to-earth, with the relaxed presence of a lifelong surfer and the vitality of someone who values balance, fitness, and freedom. • Originally from New York State, he spent years at the center of Silicon Valley before deciding to re-anchor his life between Manhattan, Maui, and Montauk. • Now in his mid-50s and single, he has been amicably divorced for seven years and actively raised his two children, both now thriving in college. • He has just acquired an extraordinary four-bedroom Manhattan residence to complement his oceanfront homes. • While he owns a private jet, he still takes pride in maintaining his vintage Land Rover Defender himself — a reminder that for him, success is as much about authenticity as it is about achievement. • Away from work, he loves messing about on the water. This is a rare opportunity to become his first Personal Assistant outside of the firm, where he has always relied on long-tenured Executive Assistants. After a year of managing his own calendar and admin, he is ready to reclaim his time and enjoy the life he has built. The Role • Provide high-level calendar, communication, and administrative support with precision and discretion. • Oversee household operations across Manhattan, Maui, and Montauk — sourcing and managing professional vendors and services as required. • Assist with tax preparation for his financial advisors (he hates doing this!). • Initiate an Estate Planning process and setting up a Family Office • Interview new Accountants/Tax Firm. • Understand international tax implications. • Serve as trusted gatekeeper and right hand, enabling him to focus on family, business, and leisure. The Candidate • Demonstrated experience as a PA/Chief of Staff to an ultra-high-net-worth principal (preferably $1bn+) • Proven long-term loyalty: 5+ year commitments in prior roles are essential. • Minimum 15yrs in top tier PA roles for UHNW people of note. We are looking for maturity and lived experience. • Sophisticated, discreet, and emotionally intelligent. • Must be fully invested in helping him get freed up to enjoy life. • Resourceful in sourcing and managing professional support. • NYC-based, with flexibility to work from his Manhattan residence when needed.
