Personal Assistant

We are looking for a sharp, motivated Personal Assistant to support two busy executives in managing the demands of day-to-day personal life. This is a part-time (10-15hrs a week) hands-on role for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, loves checking things off a list, and takes genuine pride in making life easier for the people they support. WHAT YOU'LL DO We are looking for someone who will: Keep us organized and on top of our personal commitments so nothing falls through the cracks Track our promises and follow-throughs with consistency and care Bring creativity and genuine value to our everyday routines Handle mail triage, organization, and filing on a regular basis Manage our calendars, appointments, and scheduling Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed Oversee home projects- create a plan, research and vet vendors, and see each project through to completion Make themselves so indispensable that we have no choice but to invest more in you COMPENSATION $18–$22 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill set.
