Title: Perioperative Healthcare Analyst (Agile)

Location Details: Remote

What the environment / Sell: Agile-driven environment with a focus on innovation in healthcare analytics. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects across the perioperative domain, helping to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.

Notes: Previous experience with Epic and Power BI is highly preferred.

(Note from VP in initial e-mail): 1 or 2 Analytics developer / data analysts with experience in Perioperative services and/or acute patient flow.

Must Haves:
• 2-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on perioperative services or acute patient flow.
• Strong proficiency in Epic systems (Work Bench Report, Slicer Dicer, Radar Dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries.
• Proficiency in Power BI (strong preference) and Tableau for creating dashboards and scorecards.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior leaders to define data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.

Pluses:
• Experience with predictive analytics in the clinical setting.
• Knowledge of perioperative operations, surgical workflows, and patient flow optimization.
• Hit Ground Running: The analyst will be expected to integrate into the Agile team quickly and begin contributing to the project immediately.

Day to Day:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key perioperative metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Epic data.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve perioperative services and patient flow.
• Participate in Agile team meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Meeting with Stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss recommendations for data output.
