Performance Tester - SAP
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting industry, is seeking a Performance Tester - SAP to join their team. As a Performance Tester - SAP, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Performance Testing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Performance Tester - SAP Location: Remote Pay Range: $45 What's the Job? • Lead performance testing activities across multiple projects to ensure system reliability and efficiency. • Develop and execute performance test scripts using Load Runner to simulate real-world scenarios. • Perform detailed analysis of test results and provide actionable insights to improve system performance. • Collaborate with client teams to gather and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for optimal system design. • Mentor and guide team members on best practices in performance testing and scripting. What's Needed? • Hands‑on experience with Load Runner for scripting, execution, and analysis of performance tests. • Expertise in protocols such as Web HTTP/HTML, SAP GUI, Tru Client, and Web Services. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. • Proven ability to lead teams and manage client interactions effectively. • Associate Degree or higher in a related field.
