Performance Test Lead
Job Description 10+ years of excellent experience with Load testing tools such as LoadRunner/Performance Center/JMeter or other relevant performance test measurement tools.Own end-to-end performance coverage and identify bottlenecks and work with the Engineering teams to address issues.Manage and contribute to the Performance Testing approach at an enterprise level.Monitoring application for performance bottlenecks or performance areas of concern and raising defects.Analyzing performance test results and providing suitable reporting to key stakeholdersProvide estimation of projects working with technical leadership from a performance engineering standpoint.Design and develop more complex tests and non-functional tests(hands-on).Work with counterparts in the QA and Developer organizations to build tooling that serves the needs of all teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfort interacting with all levels of management.You perform many of the roles required of a software testing project, through which you acquire a full testing life cycle experience.
