We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven paid marketing programs that directly drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
This role will own the strategy and execution across all paid channels and serve as a core driver of scalable, revenue-focused growth initiatives.
As part of the Demand Gen team, the Performance Marketing Manager will build and manage high-impact paid media programs across search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other performance channels. This role will focus on full-funnel performance — from acquisition through conversion and pipeline contribution — while continuously testing, optimizing, and scaling what works.
You will be responsible for partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align paid media strategies with business goals, ensure lead quality, and maximize revenue outcomes.
A genuine interest in performance marketing, experimentation, analytics, and optimization is essential. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a clear focus on measurable business impact. This position will report to our Senior Director of Demand Generation.
Responsibilities include:
Own paid media strategy and execution across all performance channels — search, paid social, display, retargeting, and programmatic
Manage campaigns end-to-end: creative direction, calendaring, launch, optimization, and ongoing performance monitoring
Drive full-funnel performance across traffic acquisition, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
Own budget management, pacing, forecasting, and ROI optimization across paid channels
Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to align targeting, routing, attribution, and funnel performance
Lead experimentation and testing strategy (creative testing, audience testing, channel testing, bidding and budget strategies)
Optimize conversion paths and landing page experiences in partnership with web and CRO teams
Build scalable reporting frameworks, performance dashboards, and campaign processes
Identify and test new paid growth opportunities and channels to drive incremental demand
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing
Proven experience managing performance-driven paid campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Bing, and other paid channels
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, revenue, product, and marketing teams
Independent problem solver who proactively identifies optimization opportunities
Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel under deadlines
High attention to detail and operational excellence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Experience with attribution models, funnel reporting, and multi-touch measurement
Experience in B2B SaaS or performance-driven growth environments
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation frameworks
Experience supporting revenue teams with pipeline-driven paid programs
