Summary We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS and Web3 to lead our lead generation and revenue growth efforts. This role will focus on developing and executing data-driven digital strategies, optimizing paid campaigns, and ensuring maximum ROI across various platforms. Role Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. Optimize website and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Work closely with design and development teams to lead funnel conversion rate optimization tactics Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Web3-specific platforms. Execute media buying strategies, including programmatic and direct placements, to reach Web3 and SaaS audiences. Conduct A/B testing to continuously refine ad performance and improve conversion rates. Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and marketing efficiency. Manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring optimum utilization of marketing budget. Generate and present performance reports and insights to the marketing leadership team. Work with the content marketing team to align paid strategies with SEO efforts for greater visibility. Liaise with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives. Support product launches and promotional campaigns with targeted performance marketing strategies. Applicant Requirements 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS and Web3. Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Web3 media buying. Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, budget management, and CRO. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar tools. Ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact. Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid marketing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience Previous experience with Web3 marketing platforms, blockchain advertising, or crypto-native audiences. Understanding of decentralized advertising models, token incentives, and NFT marketing. Experience in multi-channel attribution and customer journey analytics.
