Performance Marketing Manager

In this role you will
Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and review sites.Strategically manage performance marketing budgets to maximise ROI across channels and markets.Analyse and enhance campaign performance, focusing on KPIs like ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Sales, and Product teams to align strategies and drive pipeline generation.Work closely with the Growth team to refine landing page copy, execute A/B testing, and improve the end-to-end ad experience.
What you need to be successful
Minimum 4 years in performance marketing, ideally within a multi-market B2B SaaS scale up.Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and marketing automation/reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio).Comfortable interpreting data to derive actionable insights and optimise strategies.Ability to empathise with customer pain points and create compelling campaign strategies.A growth hacker at heart with a creative, hands-on approach and a passion for experimentation.Fluent in English and German (at least C1).Thrive in both independent work and cross-functional team environments.
