Performance Marketing D2C Ecommerce- Associate

This is a remote position. You’ll work with Shark Tank-funded brands like Metashot, Godesi, Tikitoro, and Green Protein, along with fast-growing challengers such as Shield Healthcare, Rorosaur, and Artia. In this role, you’ll take ownership of performance marketing for D2C ecommerce brands, driving growth and revenue through campaigns focused on scaling brands on their own websites. Responsibilities Launching & scaling campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms Managing multiple D2C client accounts simultaneously Media planning & budget allocation like a growth strategist Deep diving into Shopify + Google Analytics data Building performance reports clients actually understand Running client meetings independently (yes, you’ll own conversations) Working closely with the creative team for ad concepts & monthly planning Testing. Learning. Iterating. Scaling. Basically: you don’t just run ads, you drive business outcomes. Requirements Have worked with D2C / ecommerce brands from an agency side Have handled multiple accounts at once without losing sanity Know Meta & Google ads beyond “boost post” level Understand Shopify funnels, attribution & analytics Can translate data → insights → actions Have strong creative instincts (performance + storytelling mindset) Are comfortable owning client conversations & reviews Love numbers, dashboards, experiments, and optimization loops Are strong with Excel & presentations Have experience with email/WhatsApp marketing or marketplaces (bonus points) Understand lead generation campaigns (extra bonus) Must have their own laptop, a proper work-from-home setup, and a stable, reliable internet connection to effectively work remotely.
