Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance & Capacity Engineer - Capacity Planning Optimization (Technical Leadership). The individual in this role will lead efforts in analyzing system performance, planning, and optimizing capacity for scalability and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting performance analysis, executing load and performance testing, developing strategic solutions to optimize performance, and contributing technical expertise for system improvement. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Performance Analysis, Load Testing, and Performance Testing
• Experience in Performance Engineering and developing optimization strategies for scalable systems
• Proficient knowledge of Software Development, including experience with coding and debugging
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in technical project management or team leadership roles
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and infrastructure optimization is an advantage
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
