BJ-Ecom B.V. is a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple Shopify stores across Europe and North America. With a fully remote team of 25+ professionals, we are scaling aggressively toward 2026. To support this growth, we are looking for a highly precise Shopify Store Setup Specialist whose sole focus is building new Shopify stores from scratch. This role is about structure, accuracy, and compliance, not marketing or CRO. Tasks Build new Shopify stores from scratch using predefined templates, SOPs, and checklists Set up store structure, pages, navigation, policies, and settings exactly according to internal guidelines Ensure every store is 100% compliant with Google Merchant Center policies Prepare stores so they are fully approval-ready for GMC with zero missing requirements Follow SOPs precisely and document completion for each store Perform thorough quality checks before handing stores over internally Build 5–7 Shopify stores per week with consistent quality and structure Requirements Proven experience setting up Shopify stores from scratch Strong understanding of Shopify backend: settings, pages, policies, navigation, and structure Experience working with Google Merchant Center requirements and compliance Extremely detail-oriented and precise Perfectionistic by nature — you notice small mistakes others miss Able to follow instructions, templates, and checklists without deviation Fast execution without sacrificing accuracy Ability to consistently deliver error-free work at scale Benefits Fully remote position Long-term collaboration with a fast-scaling e-commerce company Clear processes, templates, and expectations Competitive compensation based on experience and output Interested candidates should apply with: Their resume A short explanation of why precision and structured work suit them Examples of GMC complaint shopify store made from scratch If you enjoy building things perfectly, consistently, and by the book , this role is for you.
