Job Summary:


As a Customer Service Representative in our PepsiCo Customer Service Center, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support related to PepsiCo products and services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide product information, process orders, and resolve customer concerns.

  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in company systems.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.

  • Follow PepsiCo’s policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service.

  • Assist in generating reports and tracking customer service metrics.


Qualifications & Skills:



  • No prior experience required—training will be provided!

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer interactions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
