Assist customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and ensure long-term satisfaction. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
