People Solutions Specialist - Back Office Investigations

Under limited direction and supervision, provides support and project management of duties necessary to the delivery of best practices of HR strategies and programs within their area of expertise. Essential Functions • Supports HR programs and strategies to provide the delivery of HR practices. • Analyzes HR data using automated solutions and analysis. • Intermediate HR project management activities to include maintenance of project schedules, status reporting, issue management and other tasks required to effectively support, manage and monitor a project through to successful completion. • Supports HR activities and/or programs to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness and adherence to corporate HR philosophy, policies, and procedures. • Performs other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP certification • Demonstrated experience conducting end-to-end investigations, including intake, interviews, evidence review, findings and closure • Strong writing background with demonstrated ability to draft clear, concise investigative reports for audiences at all levels of management. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a related function. Minimum Experience Three (3) years directly related experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Qualifications: This position will support the Back Office organization. Pay: US: $5,364.26/mo - $11,801.37/mo, CO: $5,364.26/mo - $11,309.65/mo, MD: $5,662.27/mo - $11,801.37/mo, NJ: $5,662.27/mo - $11,801.37/mo, NY: $5,662.27/mo - $11,801.37/mo, NYC: $6,854.33/mo - $11,801.37/mo, WA: $5,662.27/mo - $11,801.37/mo Additional Details: The desired locations for this position would be Memphis, Plano, or Pittsburgh. May be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.
