People Operations Leader
Summary The premier luxury lifestyle company featured in Forbes is seeking a People Operations Lead to serve as the connective layer between the CEO and the rest of the organization. This role is a blend of People Ops, internal Chief of Staff, and leadership development. You will build the team, train managers, strengthen accountability, improve onboarding, run hiring pipelines, manage KPIs, and take over the internal workflow and questions that currently go to the CEO. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, coaching, and building a high-performing team in a luxury service environment. Role Overview You will design and manage the systems that help the team perform at a high standard. You will ensure the CEOรขยยs time is protected by serving as the primary point of contact for internal questions, decisions, and follow-up. You will raise the bar for leadership, communication, and performance across the team. Key Responsibilities Leadership Support รขยยข Act as the first stop for internal questions, decisions, and clarifications. รขยยข Translate the CEOรขยยs priorities into clear instructions and expectations. รขยยข Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track. รขยยข Manage internal communication flow so the CEO is only involved when necessary. Team Management and Accountability รขยยข Run weekly team meetings, check-ins, and accountability rhythms. รขยยข Hold team members and managers accountable to deadlines, KPIs, and quality standards. รขยยข Identify performance gaps early and address them with structure or coaching. รขยยข Support managers in becoming stronger leaders who own their teams. Hiring and Onboarding รขยยข Manage hiring pipelines, coordinate interviews, and screen candidates. รขยยข Build structured onboarding processes, success metrics, and 60-day plans. รขยยข Create clarity for new hires through documentation, checklists, and expectations. รขยยข Ensure every new hire is trained effectively and fully integrated. Training and Development รขยยข Build and deliver training programs for both managers and ICs. รขยยข Coach managers on feedback, delegation, leadership, and communication. รขยยข Create internal training materials, playbooks, and learning paths. รขยยข Lead performance reviews and ensure clear development plans. KPI and Performance Managemen t รขยยข Define KPIs and scorecards in collaboration with leadership. รขยยข Track performance metrics and provide insights to the CEO. รขยยข Ensure each team member knows their responsibilities and metrics. รขยยข Improve dashboards, reporting tools, and performance rhythms.
