They are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to manage HR operations, ensuring data integrity and supporting the employee lifecycle within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Own the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems — auditing, reconciling, and resolving inconsistencies before they become downstream problems Administer employee lifecycle transactions in Workday across the full arc of employment — new hires, changes, and departures — with precision and an understanding of what gets affected Manage the operational mechanics of contractor engagement and employee exits, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders from initiation to close Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions, triaging and resolving requests with consistency and speed Maintain internal HR documentation and resources that help employees across regions navigate processes and find what they need Support recurring compliance and operational reporting, and own operational pieces of People Ops projects as the team and function scale Partner across HR, Legal, Finance, and business teams on People Ops initiatives — contributing operational rigor to cross-functional projects as the function builds and evolves Skills 1–3 years in HR, People Ops, or a related operations role Experience with an HRIS — Workday strongly preferred High attention to detail; you catch your own errors before anyone else does Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where some processes are still being built Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without things slipping Clear communicator — you know how to flag a problem and follow up without being asked Familiarity with procurement tooling or contractor management workflows Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company Exposure to global HR operations or multi-entity environments Company Overview Harvey provides AI-driven tools to assist legal professionals with research, document review, and contract analysis.
