The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be an organizational guru. This role will play an integral part in coordinating and executing various People, Recruitment Operations, and programs and processes. This is a remote position that involves working cross-functionally with teams across the organization.Day in the LifePeople OperationsManage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboardingUpdate and maintain employee documents and records in various systems (e.g. HRIS-Rippling, performance and management-Lattice), etc.Inventory of all company merchandise and assets - tracking, shipping, collectionManage basic HR-related requests (e.g creation of CoE, coordinating employee verification, asset-related questions, etc.)End-to-end assistance and management on all engagements, virtual or off-site, throughout the PH hub.
