The People Insights Analyst is responsible for transforming people data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making across the organization. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and effective use of HR systems, survey data, and analytics to support workforce planning, talent initiatives, and organizational growth. Partnering closely with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the People Insights Analyst enables efficient HR operations while delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, growth minded SaaS technology environment.
Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Own the analysis of employee surveys, translating results into trends and insights related to engagement, sentiment, and employee experience. Will support the team and make recommendations on the design and execution of surveys.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc people reports, dashboards, and analyses to support HR and business leaders.
• Identify and communicate key workforce trends, risks, and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data
• Support M&A-related people reporting and ad hoc analytics, including data analysis for due diligence and integration planning.
• Provide operational recruiting support, including interview scheduling and internal communication, enabling an efficient and data-informed hiring process.
• Administer and optimize the HRIS to ensure high-quality, reliable data that supports reporting and analytics.
• Support the benefits-related data support and reporting as needed.
• Continuously improve people data processes, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency through automation and standardization.
• Ensure data governance, confidentiality, and compliance across all people systems and analytics.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups); experience with BI and data visualization tools strongly preferred.
• Experience administering and analyzing data from HRIS platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to tell a compelling story with data for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Operations, HRIS administration, or a related function.
• Experience supporting employee surveys, workforce reporting, or people analytics initiatives preferred.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company environment strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS, Paylocity, and other Systems related to HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, a plus.
• Detail-oriented, possess a high degree of accuracy and work well under pressure.
