The role focuses on new employee assimilation, performance management, and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities within the North-East Region.ResponsibilitiesPartner with P&C (People & Culture) Operational team and North-East region to serve as the primary point person for new employee assimilation including on-boarding, conducting new hire orientation, intern onboarding, internal training, assigning CohnReznick Friends/Performance coach, internal reporting needs etcPerformance Management - including maintaining performance coach assignments, tracking snapshot evaluations and coaching sessions, and tracking completion of annual evaluationsFollow up with employees to launch evaluations, read evaluations and alert P&C Manager of any concerns (positive or constructive)Performance Management super-user (support team members with performance management tasks, as needed. Currently using Cornerstone)Supporting all onboarding and offboarding activities for the North-East Region employeesSupporting employee off-boarding including exit paperwork, conduct exit interview (where appropriate) and alumni contactsAssist/Run/Support New Hire check ins 30, 90, 180 to ensure the assimilation to the firm is as we expect, and gain insight into their employee experience thus far at CohnReznickPreparing onboarding agendas; reaching out to employees to ensure they have completed their pre-onboarding tasks (including photos, ensuring internal set ups in systems are complete, silk road tasks progressing)Organizing and scheduling all necessary meetings for first week logistics (including meetings scheduled in Outlook)Sending out 'Onboarding Welcoming' announcements messages for new staffCreate/maintain key templates needed to support the communications to employees and ensure compliance with our processes and policiesWork with Centers of Expertise (COE’s) and North-East People & Culture team to coordinate Entry Level, Intern and Breakthrough programs for the North-East RegionReporting & Metrics to support the business and the P&C teamLeverage systems and tools to deliver data to the businesses (example, time violation reports on a regular basis; performance coach reports; snapshot reports; support ad hoc reporting requests) to make data-driven decisionsHelp deliver data into usable insightsWork with other areas of P&C (Centers of Expertise) and the business (IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure a positive employee experience for the team membersSupport national programs, as neededRecommend improvements to work methods, reporting tools, processes and procedures to make things more efficient, when and where possibleCreate/maintain key templates needed to support efficient communications to employees and clarity around deliverablesGeneral P&C team administrative support as neededSupport HR projects and events/efforts as needed, requestedSkillsBachelor's degree required; Human Resources or Business-related field is preferred1+ years of HR experience or direct professional services industry experience is requiredDemonstrated strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; PowerBI, SharePoint, MS Teams, and OutlookFamiliarity with on-boarding and HRIS systemsStrong written and verbal communication skills, as well as critical problem-solving skillsMeticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlinesAbility to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility, high energy and a positive attitudePrior experience and familiarity with Access and DocusignBenefitsDiscretionary performance bonusGenerous paid time offExpanded, and inclusive parental benefitsAccess to best-in-class learning and development platformsCompany OverviewCohnReznick LLP provides clients with forward thinking advice that helps them navigate complex business and financial issues.
