Coordinate leave of absence requests with Total Rewards and Payroll while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coach managers on effective people management and provide guidance on performance plans and career development
Support learning and development initiatives by assessing offerings against evolving business needs
Facilitate resolution of complex employee relations issues and identify process improvements to enhance employee experience
