The Opportunity Join our dynamic People Consulting team as a Organization Design Senior, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. You will be instrumental in future-proofing our operations through the design, development, and influence on operating models and continuous change. As a trusted advisor, you will develop and implement workforce strategies that align with business and functional strategy to meet business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding workforce requirements to design organizations at the operating model and organization design level to achieve strategic intent. Key Responsibilities Our approach to organizational design helps guide our clients from assessment through to implementation. You’ll lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with colleagues and clients. You’ll also work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges, from how to best structure teams to deliver on the organization’s strategy to how the organization’s structure can allow for more agile ways of working.
