We need your help to make that happen. We’re looking for a People Business Partner to own the culture of a critical piece of the business, our B2B2C revenue teams. It’s a tough role because revenue is tough. How do you get a high performing team performing a quantum lever higher? How do you connect people in a role that can sometimes be very solitary? How do you get to know people so well that you can guide leaders on how to keep them motivated, support their growth, and handle problems before they start? In this role, you’ll be a team with the department heads and their talent partners building the Nivoda we know we can be. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate closely with leadership to design programs, systems, and practices that foster growth. You’ll work directly with the VP of People to help guide our people initiatives and drive success within the team.You’ll be responsible for building out operational excellence in areas like organisational development, change management, performance enablement, and leadership coaching, while also ensuring the implementation and adherence to HR best practices and policies. You will also serve as the HR subject matter expert for South Africa for all roles in Nivoda, constantly developing your knowledge of the local laws and practices.
