Grade A - £55,172 (National) or £61,028 ( (London - for London office based or home-based workers within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £600 per annum for those working from home. As a People Analytics Manager , you’ll play a key part in turning people data into insights that shape decisions across CQC and help us deliver safe, high‑quality care. As a People Analytics Manage r in the People Directorate, you might get the chance to: Lead the development of new workforce insight tools that help senior leaders make timely, evidence‑based decisions. Create a performance data framework used by the Board and Executive Team to understand how the organisation is performing and where action is needed. The role You’ll be key in helping us deliver our work. In this role, you’ll: Lead and develop the team: Manage and support a team of seven specialists, helping them grow their skills and deliver high‑quality people insights and reporting. Deliver meaningful people insights: Use people data to produce clear, accurate analysis that helps leaders understand workforce trends, identify challenges, and make informed decisions. Shape and improve systems and reporting: Oversee people data systems, enhance reporting processes, and ensure our leaders and managers have access to reliable, up‑to‑date information. Show us We will be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form: Experience using people data to generate insight: You can analyse workforce information, draw out meaningful findings, and explain what it means for future people strategies. Experience improving systems and processes: You have worked with HR or people‑related systems, strengthened reporting or data quality, and supported others to use systems effectively. Experience leading a team: You have managed, developed and motivated a team, helping them deliver high‑quality work in a busy and changing environment.
