SAIC is seeking incumbent and external talent to support the Department of Homeland Securit y F ederal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Technical Assistance Program (HMTAP) Non-Architecture and Engineering (Non-A&E) contract.
These positions will provide services to support the non-architectural and non-engineering (non-A&E) technical assistance Program , including but not limited to; program application review/feasibility, research, analysis, and document development services in support of FEMA's pre-disaster, disaster, and post-disaster mitigation and environmental compliance requirements .
The positions are contingent upon contract award anticipated for June 2025 with a July 2025 start date.
All positions must be performed in the contingent United States and will be remote .
Positions will be available in the following skill areas. Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience:
• Project Manage ment
• Business Analysts
• Quality Assurance
• AI/ ML Data Scientists
• Technical Support Associates
• FEMA SMEs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience
• CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
• * Some roles will require an active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• Must be able to successfully obtain a DHS Public Trust
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
