Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Opening in Bonsall, CA for School-Based Position
We are partnering with a school in the Bonsall, California area to find a full-time, school-based Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the full school year. As a school-based LVN, you will support students in grades K - 12th with different health needs!
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing
Must have LVN California License/Certification or Compact License
Must be CPR and BLS certified
Must be familiar with diabetic counting
Schools or pediatric experience highly preferred
Position Details:
Current School Year
Full-time: up to 40 hours per week
Caseload: Health Office position, specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.
Pay Range: $20 - $35 per hour, depending on previous experience
General Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated nursing care to students, including monitoring health status, administering medications, and performing medical procedures as prescribed.
Develop and maintain a healthcare plan in collaboration with the school health team, the student s family, and healthcare providers.
Respond to and manage acute medical situations related to the student s condition.
