PE Analyst
Job Description: • Research on technology, software, and health/wellness/healthcare businesses • Financial modeling for both deals and portfolio company monitoring • Writing to support investment sourcing, due diligence, and underwriting decisions • Preparing investor materials, including decks, memos, financial models, and more • Monitoring portfolio companies and related news/events • Developing corporate strategy • Other responsibilities to support the Founding Partner and CEO, as mutually agreed Requirements: • Experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or private equity/venture capital • Finance/Accounting experience and financial modeling skills (not required) • Microsoft Word and Excel skills; Canva skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and operate as a team player • Resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting research and financial analysis • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Graduation Date Graduating May 2026 - May 2028 • School Years Sophomore, Junior, Senior • Majors No Major preference • GPA 3.8 • Work Authorization US work authorization is required, but we accept OPT/CPT candidates Benefits: • Flexible remote position • This internship is unpaid Apply tot his job
