Terracon is seeking a Staff Facilities Professional (PCA/Due Diligence Specialist) ready to step into a high-impact technical role with clear advancement potential.

You'll conduct Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) that directly influence major real estate and asset management decisions. From office towers to industrial facilities, you'll evaluate building systems, identify risks, forecast repair needs, and deliver insights through platforms like Quire and Paragon.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
• Mid-level Facilities professional responsible for managing and executing routine and sometimes more complex projects.
• Works typically on small to medium sized projects.
• Plans, schedules, conducts and/or coordinates assessments.
• Drafts reports and other client deliverables under the direction of more senior consultants.
• Makes recommendations, adaptations and modifications for review and consideration by senior consultants.
• Participates on projects of greater complexity within more detailed portfolios.
• Performs or oversees contract administration for small-to-large projects.
• Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
• Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in building science or related building field and up to 6 years' experience in performing PCAs and/or FCAs. Or, in lieu of a degree, 4-9 years' related experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. Ability to learn proprietary software applications such as Quire and Paragon.
• Experience using tablets and other portable electronic devices.
• Able to work remotely from home as well as while traveling.

Preferred Certifications/Experience:
• Professional registrations (RA, PE) and other related industry certifications (RRO, CxP, LEED AP) are desired, but not required
