Requirements
Active Property & Casualty License is required.

Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

Ability to understand and meet the needs of clients, providing exceptional service.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.

Strong analytical skills to identify and address client needs and concerns.

Comfortable using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be able to work onsite in East Lansing, Michigan.
