Our award winning local Allstate agency is seeking Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Representative with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. Our sales team members sell, market, and service our insurance products to both new and existing customers. Helping individuals and families secure their tomorrows and protect them from the unexpected is our mission.

Sales team members are provided every resource to be successful. Our agency invests heavily in our marketing efforts with an average spend of 4k-6k per month per producer. With an unlimited amount of warm leads, continuing education, and 1 on 1 mentorship our staff are given the tools not only for short term success but sales skills that will last a lifetime.

Salary: $60000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via live lead transfers, cross sells within existing book of business, and other established lead sources.
Prepare accurate insurance quotes, present insurance proposals, close deals.
Document and notate your work as required
Effectively manage a large volume of existing and incoming leads within our database
Requirements
Self starters with a sense of urgency to get the job done right
Have a competitive desire to succeed
Dependability and reliability is a must
Be open to coaching, participate in team meetings, and learn WITH US
Career minded vision
Previous insurance experience is a PLUS but not required. Those with the right mindset and drive will be successful regardless of employment background.
