We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Payroll Support team. This role focuses on helping resolve payroll issues, supporting clients, and ensuring payroll information is accurate and handled correctly.

Key Responsibilities
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and client queries
• Identify the root cause of payroll issues and help fix them properly
• Use payroll systems and internal tools to troubleshoot problems
• Document issues, solutions, and processes clearly
• Support clients and internal team members with payroll-related questions
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling payroll data
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Help improve processes and share knowledge with the team
