Payroll Specialist: $70-85k + Bonus

They are looking for a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for the processing of payroll. This role will interact frequently with all level employees, including executive leadership, and requires close coordination with Human Resources, Information Technology, and Property Accounting.

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll and all special payments, such as bonuses, share awards, and miscellaneous payments
- Maintain accurate employee data in the payroll system and overall administration of the time and attendance system
- Ensure accuracy of wages, taxes, and benefit withholdings.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual required federal and state filings.
- Ensure compliance with time and benefit guidelines, including federal and state wage and hour laws
Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Business Administration or Human Resources
- Minimum of 3 years payroll experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
