What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multi-faceted projects or multiple projects simultaneously to drive business results
- Create and maintain detailed project plans that align with stakeholder needs and deliver within budget
- Collaborate with end users, technology teams, and other organizations to define project scope and objectives
- Prepare and submit clear activity/progress reports and manage time recording
- Proactively assess project risks and address potential problems before they arise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in a financial services environment
- PMP certification strongly preferred, along with Six Sigma certification
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Experience in developing project plans and managing deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and generate solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual experience in Spanish
- Knowledge of Workday application
- Familiarity with project metrics, including trend analysis and reporting
- Experience in payroll, HR, or accounting backgrounds
- Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
