One flexible day each week lets us recharge and focus, keeping us energized for the work that matters most.About the Team & How We Work:As a Payroll Operations Specialist on Miter’s Launch team, you’ll play a critical role in helping customers get payroll right from day one. Our team is responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process, and this role focuses specifically on transferring, transforming, and validating year-to-date (YTD) payroll and tax data, a key step to ensuring customers go live successfully.We work closely with customers, partners, and internal Implementation Managers to navigate complex data challenges. Our work is fast-paced and highly collaborative.
