In this role, you will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external payroll providers to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing, especially across the U.S. You’ll also contribute to managing equity transactions, support financial reporting, and ensure adherence to SOX compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and a customer-service mindset to support internal employee inquiries.Accountabilities:
Manage payroll operations and liaise with HR Ops and ADP for processing, approvals, and audits
Support U.S. employees with payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Administer and track global equity programs in compliance with plan documentation
Prepare and review payroll and equity reports in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams
Maintain SOX compliance and documentation for internal and external audits
Partner with external agencies, benefit providers, and stakeholders on compliance matters
Support communication and education around equity and payroll programs for employees
Requirements
4+ years of experience in payroll administration, including ADP systems
Bachelor’s degree required; CEP certification preferred
Familiarity with equity compensation and reporting in a public company environment
Experience with Workday platform is a plus
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, SUMIFS)
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, including state-specific HR tax requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of discretion
