We're seeking a talented Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy in payroll calculations, and compliance with local laws and regulations
Analyzing payroll data and making recommendations for cost-saving solutions
Handling payroll inquiries from employees regarding wages, deductions, and tax issues
Maintaining and updating payroll records and systems
Conducting regular audits of payroll processes and addressing discrepancies
Staying updated with payroll tax regulations and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field
Proven working experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of payroll software and MS Office or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English; is a plus
