Payroll & Equity Manager- Remote Working

This is a Payroll & Equity Manager role and you will need to have drive, ambition and an eye for driving improvements to systems/ processes. Key duties will include… • Managing global Payroll, across various platforms, this includes: inputs, adjustments, Reconciliations and calculations • Compensation reporting, including: SBC calculations, payroll tax events, mobility considerations, and audit-ready documentation • Running global equity plans, including grants, vesting and platform maintenance • Reviewing all existing process and driving improvements where necessary You will be comfortable working at a fast paced, high-growth setting and ideally have existing experience gained in a scaleup/ startup environment, but, in addition to this, you will need… • Experience of managing Payroll through a Global Payroll system • Experience of administering equity plans across a global business • The ability to interpret and apply U.S. tax, payroll, and accounting rules related to equity compensation, including ASC 718 principles • Excellent communication skills across different departments In return, the successful candidate will receive… • Excellent pay which will be reviewed with progress • Equity in a high-growth business • Competitive benefits • The chance to work within a forward-thinking business • The opportunity to work entirely remotely Please note that, although the role can be operated fully remotely, my client is looking to review candidates based either East Coast USA or Europe.
