The Payroll Coordinator plays an important role in managing the administration of GLENTEL’s payroll and group benefits programs.ResponsibilitiesEnter new employee profiles in ADP Workforce NowEnter employee changes in ADP with utmost accuracy, and document changes in employee files for clear audit trailsAdminister monthly benefit enrollments for new and existing employeesRespond to payroll/benefits related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a friendly and efficient mannerMonitor and request updated documents from permit holdersOther administrative duties as assignedSkillsPrevious experience in an administrative or data entry roleHighly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities to meet critical deadlinesHigh proficiency in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of payroll an assetWritten and verbal fluency in French an asset but not requiredBenefitsHybrid Work ModelDiscounts on the newest wireless technology and plans.Company OverviewGLENTEL delivers a range of wireless products and services to consumers.
