8 weeks, 40 hours/week with minimum 4 hours overlap with PST
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide omnichannel chat support to SMB (small and medium-sized business) owners.
ā¢ Answer general help questions and complex, data-heavy accounting queries.
ā¢ Support bookkeeping and financial guidance using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
ā¢ Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate and actionable responses.
ā¢ Complete PPT-based or structured tasks as assigned.
ā¢ Maintain high standards of data privacy, compliance, and client confidentiality
Requirements
ā¢ Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
ā¢ Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
ā¢ Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support.
ā¢ Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
ā¢ Ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions.
ā¢ Experience working with SMB clients is preferred.
ā¢ Ability to commit 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours PST overlap.
Good-to-Have Skills
ā¢ Prior experience as an SMB business owner with hands-on accounting knowledge.
ā¢ Previous engagement as an expert in finance/accounting domain.
ā¢ Comfortable managing high-volume, data-heavy queries.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
