• Assist in processing payroll for all employees on a regular schedule

• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws
• Assist with preparation of payroll reports for accounting and management teams
• Support year-end processes including W-2 and other tax document distribution
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and employee data
