They will leverage internal systems and resources to resolve payment-related issues and provide support to both linguists and internal teams.Where you'll work:This is a contract position based out of Argentina.Authorization to work in Argentina is a precondition of employment.Key Responsibilities: Interface with vendors who work on freelancing jobs on the platform Be the point of contact for payment issues and take ownership of issues raised Identify the amount paid on a job. Locate a paystub and a job. Confirm a linguist's rate. Identify all documents paid on a job. Identify jobs not registered to the linguist's email.Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of internal systems, including Linguist Performance Dashboard (LPD), Salesforce (SFDC), Offline Payments (OPM), and Payoneer. Experience with SQL queries and database analysis. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired Skills: Experience with Jira.
