What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage inbound and outbound calls to communicate the benefits of pharmacist consultations to patients
Schedule patient consultations based on pharmacists' licensing
Assist in developing Job Aids and Standard Operating Procedures for the Patient Service Specialist Team
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and related privacy regulations
Represent the employer professionally while adhering to company policies and procedures
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare discipline preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service or patient engagement experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Google Suite is a plus
Excellent verbal communication skills with a compassionate demeanor
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a healthcare environment
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements
Ability to quickly learn and implement new processes
Strong focus on results and attention to detail
