Patient Engagement Specialist -Remote Position -9:00am-5:00pm (preferably CST or PST) Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and outgoing individual to join our team as a part-time Patient Engagement Specialist.  In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients who have expressed interest in our therapy.  Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to these patients with empathy, compassion, and a friendly demeanor.Job Responsibilities:Patient & Customer SupportContact patients who have expressed interest in Enterra Therapy and serve as an initial point of connection.Provide empathetic, professional support by actively listening, addressing concerns, and handling sensitive or confidential situations with discretion.Guide patients by explaining available support services and connecting them with the appropriate Patient Liaisons or internal experts.Ensure patients feel informed and supported throughout their journey by offering clear information and timely follow‑up.Call Handling & DocumentationManage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering friendly, solution‑focused assistance.Gather information, schedule appointments, complete required outreach, and resolve questions efficiently.Document all interactions accurately in the CRM or call‑tracking system.Meet established call‑quality, compliance, and performance standards, including service‑level expectations.Escalate or transfer calls appropriately when additional expertise or support is needed.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall patient experience.Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, services, and communication best practices.Other duties as needed. Requirements:Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with the ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.Previous experience in customer service, inside sales or a related field preferred.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.Compensation: $28-32 per hour DOE + annual bonus#LI-remote
