Primary Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Pre-screen calls (triage) and direct patients accordingly Work with insurance and medical records Assist with various administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Fluent in English Great personality Customer service mindset Experience in Healthcare (US)
