Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator (Remote) Location: Remote (U.S. based) Schedule: 12pm-8pm CST, Rotating Weekends Compensation: $13–$16 per hour, depending on experience (BOE) About Us: We are a fast-growing telehealth weight loss clinic dedicated to helping patients achieve their health goals through compassionate, accessible care. As we expand our virtual services, we’re looking for a reliable and empathetic Patient Care Coordinator to join our remote team. Position Summary: As a Patient Care Coordinator at Dope Doctors, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing support through phone and messaging platforms. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel informed, cared for, and connected throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to patient phone calls and messages. Provide accurate information regarding medications, appointments, and clinic procedures. Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records. Deliver empathetic support and guidance to patients throughout their care. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or a call center environment is a plus.
