Patient Access Specialist - Pharmacy Infusion Scheduling Specialist

What you can expect from this role: The Pharmacy Scheduling Specialist reports to the Infusion Supervisor and works closely with the Pharmacy Authorization Team, Medication Access Team, Infusion Pharmacist Team, Infusion Center employees, referring clinic providers, and external providers/offices. This remote position is primarily responsible for: • coordinating the scheduling of patients at all SLHS non-oncology infusion centers • responding professionally and promptly to IN basket messages, incoming call queue, email, TEAMS messaging • using a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows • other duties as assigned Shift Details: Part-time. Monday, Thursday, Friday ~8am-4:30pm. On-site training ~40 hours a week in Meridian, Idaho required for 6 weeks. Minimum Qualifications for this Role: • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent • 1 year relevant experience in billing, scheduling, authorization, and/or registration • Must live in Idaho or Oregon At St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
