American Health Connection (AHC) is growing and needs Spanish Bilingual Work From Home Patient Services Representatives. AHC provides patients with full-service, virtual central scheduling and communications services. Each Patient Services Representative is part of a team that will support a Medical Health System client. Patient Services Representatives communicate with patients via phone, accurately and timely schedule appointments based on provided protocols, pre-register patients and verify insurance. This is a virtual medical call center position, so you know when you disconnect the patient call, you are done with that task and on to the next patient call.
 We prefer candidates with 1-year minimum high-volume scheduling experience in a high-volume call center environment. Representatives can expect to handle 75+ calls back-to-back per shift. Medical experience is a plus.
 Bilingual in fluent English and Spanish.
 Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, including written (legible, concise, and with appropriate spelling) and verbal, including proper phone etiquette.
 The Patient Services Representatives must have private, noise-free, HIPAA-compliant space at home.
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
DAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Monday - Friday
Must be available for rotating 4th weekends
Hourly Rate Starts At $17.00 with a 90 Day Review
